I provide specialised trauma-informed creative capacity building support across Melbourne, including the Western Suburbs, Melton, Caroline Springs, Gisborne, Sunbury and surrounding areas.
Supporting children, adolescents and adults under the NDIS, I integrate counselling and transpersonal art therapy within a structured, goal-focused capacity-building framework.
My work is designed to strengthen emotional regulation, identity development, executive functioning and social participation.
As a registered ANZACATA Member with a background in Community Services, I deliver neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based support aligned with participant NDIS goals.

I work with:
Children experiencing emotional dysregulation
Neurodivergent children and adolescents
Young people recovering from trauma or family violence
Adults with psychosocial disability
Participants building confidence and community engagement
Families seeking trauma-informed parenting guidance
Sessions are practical, creative and structured — focused on building transferable skills that improve daily functioning and participation.

Supports are delivered under:
Capacity Building – Increased Social & Community Participation
Core Supports – Assistance with Social & Community Participation
Sessions focus on functional skill development including:
Emotional regulation strategies
Communication and self-expression
Coping and resilience tools
Executive functioning and planning
Confidence and identity strengthening
Increasing independence and social engagement
Progress documentation and reports are available to support goal tracking.

Creative Capacity Building Support is vital when verbal communication is limited or not possible, such as with preschool children, atypical children, or adults with impaired speech. Whether used as a standalone therapeutic intervention or as a complementary element within a broader framework of therapeutic techniques, it offers a valuable avenue for healing and growth.
